Tatsuya Tanaka is Representative Director of ELT Education Inc., a Tokyo-based education advisory firm rooted in the teaching heritage of ELT School of English (London, est. 1984). The firm advises families in Japan and across Asia on admission to UK and international boarding schools, and works with international and boarding schools in Japan and across Asia on management, enrolment strategy, brand positioning, EAL programme design and partnerships. Tanaka has counselled more than 300 families and supported successful applications to schools including Harrow International School Appi Japan, St. Mary's International School, K. International School Tokyo and Mill Hill School. He also advises school leadership teams and owners on the management and growth of international and boarding schools, primarily in Japan and Asia.
