ELT Education is an international education company built on a strategic partnership with ELT School of English, the London institution established in 1984, and carries forward four decades of British teaching heritage. Our work in Japan began in 2019 and now spans online English education, admissions consulting for international and boarding schools, corporate training, and consulting for educational institutions.
Our position is unusual. We guide families through admissions while also supporting schools with their marketing and EAL programme delivery — which means we know both sides of the gate. As admissions advisers who understand what happens inside a school, we offer counsel grounded in what actually happens on the ground rather than what appears on paper, and that perspective shapes every recommendation we make.
Education is not merely instruction; it is a long relationship built on trust. An offer of admission is not the finish line but a single milestone along the way. Supporting a family's educational decisions over years — through learning after enrolment, the next school, and the career beyond it — is what it means to be an education family office. Schoozy is operated by ELT Education Inc. Its editorial research and school evaluations are maintained separately from ELT Education's admissions consulting and commercial relationships.

Starting with career fairs connecting top overseas universities with Japanese companies, he built a strategic partnership with ELT School of English (London, est. 1984) in 2020 and expanded into online English education, corporate training, school admissions consulting, and education innovation consulting — forging a company that bridges British teaching heritage with deep understanding of the Japanese market.
