- Lead the entire admissions journey: initial family consultation, school shortlisting strategy, application and interview preparation, and post-offer enrolment support
- Build school analyses and application strategies using AI tools and data (drawing on our in-house analytics platform and AI engine)
- Design and propose the best available options beyond the first-choice school (a plan B) based on the child's aptitude and the family's priorities
- Hand over to post-enrolment learning support in coordination with the teaching team and customer success
- Contribute to relationship building with schools (information sessions, joint programmes, and similar initiatives)
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a client-facing role in education, consulting, or premium services for high-net-worth clients
- Business-level fluency or above in both English and Japanese
- Fluency with AI tools in daily work and the initiative to improve your own workflow

- Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy) and/or Node.js
